Educational supply store

After receiving my own order I have just received someone else’s $500 order in error. After contacting phone number I spent 45 minutes on phone to one of the customer “support” because I would not return the parcel back to the Campion store for them, an hours round trip. I was told that this was usual procedure for mis delivered parcels. I was then told to take it the to the post office, despite the fact everyone is trying to avoid catching covid when their children cannot yet be vaccinated. Some body is supposed to contact me to arrange pick up. It is amazing that I am supposed to deliver back a parcel I did not order for free despite the fact you charge $20 per delivery.

Waited in line for over an hour just to find out that half of the book that I wanted aren't available. Need more locations and staff

My daughter bought my mum (her nana) 90 $1 stratchies for her 90th birthday. She took her winning tickets in. An employee started to serve her and when she saw all the tickets asked mum “are they all winners”? she said yes. She then said to her workmate “I picked the wrong customer”! Mum told her that her beautiful grand daughter bought her the tickets for her 90th birthday. To my mums horror the employee said “I’d have thrown them in the bin”! Just wow. I’m so disgusted at this comment. My mum was really upset by this heartless comment. If I could leave 0 stars for this customer service I would have.

Really friendly service. They stocked so many variety of papers and tools. Highly recommended.

This is our first time using MyDiary and I have been very impressed with the work of Louisa and her team from start to finish. Her ideas to get me started on what we wanted were great and nothing was a problem when asking for changes.The whole process has been extremely efficient and made very easy for me at my end.I can't wait to see the finished product.Would recommend Louisa and her team to any school looking for a great company to work with- and one that understands the varying needs of schools.

Trading hours on weekends is not the same as the times listed. It's Sunday and the store opens at 6am apparently not at 5.15am that is listed. Would of been great to know instead of me waiting outside from 5.10am, nearly 50mins waiting because of wrong information listed...

I wish I can put 0-star. Absolutely zero in customer service. Just ripping off customers. Charging sky high for shipping to increase their profit and not allowing to pickup goodsHunt for someone else. This business should be avoidable at any-cost. I found cheaper and more legitimate options for what I was looking

Terrible customer service. They charged me twice for an online transaction and they have zero way of contacting anyone other than a call centre who can only advise to email their help email which itself has a delay of 3-5 business days. I will do everything I can to purchase school books in the future from anyone but them.

I'm a librarian and just did a large order with Lioncrest. Wonderful service and great helpful staff. Ill be back.
